We hope you love your purchase from Moonstone Jewellery. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of earrings for normal hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with the attached tags and packaging, within 14 days of receipt of the jewellery. We can offer an exchange or full refund for the price you paid. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. (Please see below for promotional items).
A refund will be made to the card used when placing your original order and will be for the full amount of the product purchased.
We offer free returns for orders placed within the Republic of Ireland. Please contact us via our contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a returns label ( AnPost or Parcel Motel).
If you wish to return an item that was part of a promotional offer, bundle or set entitling you to either a discount or a free gift, you must also return any other promotional items in their original selling condition to obtain a refund.
Should you wish to return part of your order meaning you will no longer qualify for the original promotion, you will be charged the full purchase price of the item(s) that you keep and receive only the remaining balance as a refund.
There is no cash alternative to a free gift or discount. Neither gifts nor discounts are exchangeable for cash or for any other product or gift.
Returns of free gifts on its own (regardless of condition) will not result in a refund or payment to you of any sort.

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via AnPost Tracked or other registered postage with tracking. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at Moonstone Jewellery discretion.
RETURNS FROM OVERSEAS:
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt and choose your preferred return option.
Alternatively, you may choose to make your own arrangements to have the item(s) returned to us. We would strongly recommend that you use FedEx/ DHL to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for any items which do not reach us. Please ensure that you write clearly on the FedEx/DHL paperwork that the item is being returned, and send to:

You are responsible for any carriage costs incurred in returning your jewellery. Please put the item in the original packaging and seal it securely. Once we have received the returned item, we will confirm receipt of the parcel by email.
RETURNING FAULTY GOODS:
In the rare and unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please follow the standard Returns Policy as detailed above.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Postage / shipping costs will be refunded on any faulty goods.
Sterling silver can oxide and this is natural reaction. This reaction do not affect quality of product and can’t be considered as faulty. Also, plated jewellery can tarnish over some time. This is also natural reaction and it won’t be considered as damaged or faulty product. Please check care instruction for plated jewellery.
Where possible, items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable.
Please note, it may be possible for us to repair items which have suffered wear and tear. There will be a charge for this service, which is to cover the cost of shipping and any other repair costs incurred. If in the rare occasion your item is faulty, you can request a returns postage slip by emailing email@example.com .
Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Refunds do not include postage / shipping costs.
